Mental health and emergencies
Say So is a wellness and self-improvement tool. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, or a substitute for any of those. If you are struggling, please talk to a parent, guardian, doctor, therapist, school counselor, or another trusted adult.
If you are in the United States and are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 in an emergency. Do not use email or the app to seek help in an emergency.
Disputes
Before filing any claim related to the Service, contact us through saysoapp.org and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, as described in our Terms of Service.
